Friday Outfitblog.
Happy Halloween, kids. It’s been such a rollercoaster of a month, I have no costume plans, so if I do wind up throwing something together tomorrow (we have a couple of party invites which we may or may not accept) it’ll be a Wacky Surprise.

Today I wore a dress and a scarf and leggings and I felt just like you, Lesley. And it felt awesome. (Exceptions: I wore knee-high boots instead of mary janes though, because I am a in-betweenie with disproportionately skinny calves and don’t have boot-fit-issues; and I wore a long-sleeved shirt layered under my dress instead of a cardigan over it.) I really like the bold print-pairing in the first outfit and the pairing of red and maroon in the third– both are things that I don’t think I would be creative enough to conceive of as possibly looking good (but they do!) nor bold enough to pull off.
That burgundy-and-black dress is CUTE!!! :D
I only *liked* that dress from eshakti when I’ve seen it online/other fats, but with that gray tie? I LOVE IT. Good work. :D
Oh, you and your cute eShakti dresses! I ordered the adorable surplice dress that you have in green and black-and-white floral. Unfortunately, I’m 5′10 and the waist is just too high to look cute on me - just looks silly. So sad!
I’m noticing that the waists on the eShakti dresses you have all look high - which is totally cute on your frame - do you think this is how they do all their dresses or do I just have to look for a different style? I really want eShakti to work for me.
They made the bust too big too, but I guess I can just set the bra size smaller.
OOOOH I SEE THAT - multiple prints! You are my shero. Also also I totally own that purple cardi.
Hello,
Love the Leopard-spotty dress. Too bad in Netherlands.
Compliments for your blogs. I always read them and you inspire me ;)
